submitted by Debbie W. - Jun 23, 2021|Recommended: YesI have lived here for 3 years or so and I am very happy with it. It is a peaceful area and very friendly people. There are lots of pets and everyone is pretty responsible for making sure their pets are not a problem. Maintenance is pretty fast and done well. Utilities run pretty low. All in all, I wasn't sure about downsizing from a house, but I truly am glad I did. My only wish was that the parking was designated for each unit, instead of taking what is open although it is never far away .

Pet Friendly! Two pet maximum. Weight limit 65 lbs. Onetime pet registration fee of $250.00, monthly pet fee of $25 per pet. Restrictions: The following canine breeds AND/OR any ancestor affiliated with these breeds (including mixed breeds): Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, American Wolf Dog, American Pit Bull, Argentinian Mastiff, Boxer, Bullmastiff, Bully, Cane Corso, Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pyrenean Mastiff, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tibetan Mastiff, Wolf; and non-domesticated animals, including, but not limited to, snakes, rodents, ferrets, pot belly pigs, alligators, iguanas, etc, are not allowed on the leased premises.
